How obvious can a diversion be?? While thousands are in the streets protesting corporate control of our political system and demanding prosecution of the criminal finance industry, the Department of Justice has some REAL work to do in prosecuting Medical Marijuana Dispensaries which are operating legally according to state law. And therefore, while Obama's health care bill is pitiful and paltry he has decided to attack those who find some comfort in legally approved Medical Marijuana.
While people are in the streets protesting the fact that most corporations pay $0.00 in taxes, the IRS has determined that Pot Clinics cannot deduct salaries, rent or other operating expenses from their taxes.
A previous Department Of Justice memo said that targeting Medical Marijuana was an inefficient use of time and resources. During his Presidential campaign Obama promised to leave these shops alone as long as they followed state law. But today the Department Of Justice is vowing to shut down establishments that are regulated by state and local governments.
Pay attention Occupiers, this is a message to us about how the Department Of Justice will be used: Assault on Medical Marijuana users -YES. Justice for the 99% - NO!
