ANTI-GAY DEMOCRAT SHOWS US THE CHARADE OF THE "TWO" PARTY SYSTEM

Rep. Jan Pauls

Representative Jan Pauls is the leading Anti-Gay candidate for the Democratic Party.
She is facing the openly gay son of a former Ku Klux Klan member and a Republican who has served on the board of the Kansas Equality Foundation, the state's leading LGBT  advocacy organization.

Pauls authored the state's law banning same sex marriage and pushed for a state constitutional amendment.  She has also pushed to keep the state's sodomy ban on the books and she yanked sodomy repeal out of another bill.  She opposed adding sexual orientation to the state's civil rights laws.

Her Democratic challenger is Erich Bishop a 28 year old nursing assistant who grew up as the son of a member of the Ku Klux Klan.  He recently came out as gay and clarifies that his father left the Klan (but probably not the Democratic Party).

The Republican is Dakota Bass, a railroad conductor and 2011 high school graduate.  He was in the Democratic Party three days before he entered the race.

The 2012 "2"-party charade continues...
