Tell Janet Napolitano: Stop Deporting Labor Organizers

Dear JWJ supporters,

The Department of Home Land Security’s ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has been used as a tool for retaliation against workers that stood up for their labor and civil rights. Janet Napolitano, DHS’s director needs to hear from us. Members of the “Southern 32”, workers like many that you work with who have been retaliated against for exercising their civil and worker rights, need our support demanding justice for workers and  get ICE out of worker organizing and to make sure this doesn’t happen again.     

You can help the Southern 32 workers and immigrants across the country who’ve stood up for civil, labor, and human rights by telling Janet Napolitano, to stop deporting these leaders and make sure her agents are actually implementing agency policies outlined in the 2011 June 17^th prosecutorial discretion memo.
