The Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador (CISPES) presents:

Alex Gomez of the Federation of Public Sector Workers

The United States is backing the Public-Private Partnership (P3) law that is currently in the Salvadoran Legislative Assembly. The law would concede various parts of the economy to private hands. We have seen in certain sectors that have been partially privatized that wages in the privatized jobs have fallen drastically and workers rights have deteriorated. Please find a fact sheet about the law, videos of union activists who are fighting against it, and other information at http://cispes.org/ppp/
